Dave Johnson, AIA, founded studio951 in Lincoln, Nebraska. His Vision: build a robust team that felt like family and provide an innovative architectural design approach that prioritized the client. 25 years later, the studio951 portfolio of work encompasses many project archetypes; hundreds of relationships; many repeat clients; and a hand-picked staff creating the distinctive culture that exists at studio951 today.
studio951 united forces with the Midwest-based architecture & engineering firm, Shive-Hattery, and began operating as studio951, a Division of Shive-Hattery. Now fully integrated, we work in unison with 12 other Shive-Hattery offices across the Midwest and Southwest operating under the One-Firm philosophy. By forming a dynamic partnership with Shive-Hattery, we’ve expanded our resources and expertise to deliver elevated architecture and outstanding experiences wherever our clients need them.
