Matt’s role in studio951 includes the development of client relationships, design, project management, code research, cost analysis, construction management and coordination with consultants during the construction document phase. Matt is an expert at using courtesy review meetings with code officials as a tool to guide various projects into the building permit stage. Matt also has experience working with contractors and overseeing projects of various types through the construction phase.
